- Step 1: Contact us immediately via phone, email, or WhatsApp with your order number
- Step 2: Our team will verify the order status and processing stage
- Step 3: If eligible, cancellation will be processed within 2-4 hours
- Step 4: Refund will be initiated as per the refund timeline below

Orders with custom designs, logos, or specific modifications cannot be cancelled once production begins.
🎊 Festival Special Orders
During Independence Day and Republic Day rush (Jan 1-26), cancellation window is reduced to 12 hours.
💰 Cancellation Fees
- Within 24 hours: No cancellation fee - Full refund
- After processing starts: 15% processing fee will be deducted
- After shipment: Cannot cancel - Return policy applies
- Bulk orders: Custom cancellation terms based on production stage

Full Refund Scenarios
- Order cancelled within 24 hours before processing
- Defective or damaged products received
- Wrong item shipped by our warehouse
- Non-delivery after maximum delivery period
Partial Refund Scenarios
- Non-defective returns: Product price minus 10% restocking fee
- Late cancellation: Order amount minus 15% processing fee
- Return shipping: Deducted from refund (unless defective product)
- Used/damaged by customer: Refund may be reduced or denied

Orders placed between January 1-21, 2026 (Republic Day Season):
- Expedited refund processing: 3-5 business days
- Priority inspection for returned products
- Extended support hours for refund queries
- Faster communication on refund status
❌ Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom printed flags with logos, designs, or special modifications
- Used or hoisted flags that show signs of installation or weather exposure
- Flags without original packaging or BIS certification tags
- Clearance sale items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
- Digital products such as flag design files or digital certificates

Refunded to the original card used for payment. Statement may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect.

Timeline: 3-5 business days
Directly credited to your bank account or UPI ID used during payment.

Timeline: 2-4 business days
Credited back to your wallet instantly after processing approval.
